attached is the revised grading detail plan showing changes:
 
1. revised the 45 degree white stripes at 4' spacing for the access in parking arera.
2. add a passage route on west end of building for the access to the north parking. detail gradings are provided for 5% slope and 2% sideway.
3. landscape/grass area are hatched as indicated. all area at the west and most of the north area adjacent to the building are concrete paving to ensure positive drainage and to minimize
the water standing.
 
i'll continue working on the saw cut on this new 12" line
 
i'll come by your office early this afternoon to pick up this drainage CD so i can continue the rest of the work
