Please find attached the bid tabulation for 11-02: Spring Valley Road Widening, as we discussed at the bid opening.  I have also attached the signed notice of award letter and contract
document for your convenience.  Once the bid is awarded next Tuesday, you will be free to get these documents over to North Texas with as much haste as is required.  Obviously, we don’t
want these going to North Texas Contracting before the bid is awarded next Tuesday, October 26.

 

Once you have obtained an authorizing signature from Ron, as well as the bonds and insurance certificate, let me know and I will forward the Notice to Proceed on to your team.
