Nancy, There are approximately 6 panels that need to be replaced as well as joint sealant throughout the project due to cracking that I would think has something to do with the temperatures we have been experiencing. Two of the panels were found the Thursday before school started during our second punch walk. The replacement of these panels will require some coordination between the school activities, the irrigation systems and general traffic. I would like to wait until the temperatures start to cool off so that we are not fighting the temps and the irrigation requirements to keep all of the new plantings and sod alive. We can plan for two days worth of work (or whatever is necessary) to fix any panels. This will be much more efficient for all parties involved. We have a two year maintenance/warranty period during which time we will be glad to rectify any problems. I would anticipate having some small problems with the sealant as well so we can fix everything at once. Let us know what your thoughts.
