      We are still working on the Oncor portion of the Spring Valley Street Project which may impact the cost we pass onto DISD. However, until that issue is resolved, below are the
items we would include on our invoice to DISD. Attached to this email is a PDF file of the information I think we would want to include with the invoice. I have included the construction
detail of the first pay application to North Texas Contracting that shows the construction breakdown. You will note that the full amounts of Section 1A and 1B shown parenthetically below
are within $100 of the amount attributed to Spring Valley (please see page 10 of the PDF file). Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
