Would whoever receives this first please send me a copy I could edit of the  construction contract for Spring Valley?  It is two pages.  Someone wants me to add some information regarding
the breakdown for DISD to it.

 

Matt – I am trying to do this before you send contracts out to be signed.

Spring Valley :  The breakdown for the amount owed by DISD is $1,079,317.81.  This is the sum of one-half of 1A which is $760,222.19 and one-third of 1B which is $319,095.62.  (see attached
drawing)  The one-third of 1B would be the same amount to be paid by UDR of $319,095.62.
