I would tell Farmers Branch they have to move their line, but it would probably greatly delay the project.  How do you want to handle it?

Is there a proposed solution for RFI #7?   NTC had requested an answer by Thursday last week (January 20, 2011).  Please let me know so that I can get materials ordered and get my subcontractor
to install the necessary conduit.
