Ron, I know that you were on the original email but can you shed some light on these issues/questions? I would assume that the Town's specification/note would supersede the architects specification/note. It also looks as though American has installed all work on this project the same way they have on previous projects in the area. Thanks for your help. First note on "Installation Notes" from our irrigation plans say "refer to and follow Town of Addison Irrigation Specs" 2. Netafim Indicator Flags - Town Specs say use indicator flags, irrigation plan say use 12" spray head with closed spray nozzle. We installed indicator flags. 3. Drip Line Depth - Irrigation Plan say install 2" below grade not including mulch layer. Town Specs say refer to Netafim Specs which say for shrub and ground cover, Burial Depth is on surface to a maximum depth of 6". Netafim Specs also say when staking drip line, it is most commonly used with surface applications to secure tubing. Irrigation Plan and Town Specs say secure tubing with stakes or pins. I also referred to Vitruvian Park and Streetscape Specs which say on the surface just below mulch layer. This is the way we have Drip Line installed due to presidence with Town of Addison Projects in the past. The Indicator Flags and Drip Tube will certainly be on our Irrigation Punch List created from the walk this morning. How should we proceed with these two items. Everything else from the walk this morning we are addressing immediately. Thank you, Donnie Wolverton
