Can we discuss this ASAP? I think we would all be well served to push these lines to the Loos side of Spring Valley. It seems better to me for these lines to be in their parking lot versus being in front of our new development. Let’s discuss. Thanks. ________________________________ From: Bruce Dunne [mailto:bdunne@icon-engineers.com] Sent: Thursday, May 27, 2010 9:44 AM To: Tom Lamberth Subject: Spring Valley Road - Overhead Electric Tom – Attached is an exhibit showing the proposed reconfiguration of Spring Valley Road and the Vitruvian Way intersection. Shown in light pink is the existing overhead electric lines that will be required to be relocated per the relocation and expansion work for Spring Valley Road. As you are aware, the overhead electric lines are on the south side of SVR in front of your building sites. As part of the road widening and reconfiguration, Oncor is required to relocate their facilities (at their cost) to accommodate the road improvements. While it will be much easier and convenient for Oncor to relocate the line on the south side of the road, we believe that you should pursue the opportunity to have the line relocated to the opposite side of the road at this time. We think Karen Eastman at Oncor will be receptive to this realignment if you work with her. A proposed route for this relocation is shown in dark pink on the exhibit. If there is anything we can do to assist you with this relocation, please don’t hesitate to ask. BRUCE F. DUNNE, P.E. President icon Consulting Engineers, Inc. Bicentennial Financial Center 250 W.
