If ROW dedications are done and nothing is standing in the way, ATMOS could probably go do their work now… Really need to see plans first. Time Warner, could move any time ROW is available, ideally it would happen when south side is under construction. They may prefer drainage and grading to be done when they start. ONCOR can do pole work now, and be standing by to quickly move into duct. ATT – if they are under north sidewalk, and deep enough to avoid irrigation and new sidewalk work this should not be much of an issue, there will be drainage/electrical crossings. From: Romanowski, Mike Sent: Wednesday, November 03, 2010 1:47 PM To: Barbier, Michael; Waltman, Melanie Subject: Spring Valley Utility coordination Met with Addison and utilities today. The following items were discussed. 1. ATMOS – they have finished design, have a contractor. Need to know when they can move in to do their adjustments – I said it depends on contractor's schedule. Much of it could be done now, but they only want to move in one time. Suggested they come to pre-con meeting. 2. Time Warner – they requested CADD files to do design, seem fine with a route under south sidewalk. ONCOR said poles likely demo'd in January, and they have to be moved by then. Melanie provided CD of ref files for them to pick up. 3. ONCOR – once duct bank is in, they need 2 weeks to move power underground, will commence with pole work soon, nothing is holding that up. They are anticipating duct available in January, Suggested they come to pre-con meeting for schedule. 4. ATT – now are saying they have direct bury line under existing north sidewalk. I don't see it on drawings, we should check and see if any plans, or field shots showed this. It should not be an issue until LS/irrigation, then should be able to work around.
