Sinacola told me they picked up plans. Tiseo called Monday and said they were going to.

If the town had an email list from previous bids, where plan holders were emailed addendums, the advertisement could be forwarded to that list.

know of any others?  If you want, you could send me the advertisement sheet and I could send it out.
