Mike and Nancy, Please see the attached TCP for the initial work on Spring Valley. This was the plan put together by Buyers Barricade and is essentially a combination of the original plan and the new plan we discussed yesterday. This will allow us to close down Spring Valley for the majority of the duct bank work and waterline work while also providing NTC with some protection while we remove the western most island. Once the island has been removed we will be able to shift traffic as shown on TCP Phase 1B in the plans. Please let NTC know if this is acceptable or if you have any comments. We are pushing Buyer’s Barricade to implement this plan starting tomorrow morning.
