I have attached a copy of the right-of-way deed for the front document for the dedication instrument for Spring Valley Road.  Would you please send this forward to Leonard and Tom for
approval?  Would you please let me know if you have any questions?  Please send the document back to us for filing once it is completed.

Nancy – Leonard Hoffman was fine with the dedication instruments for Spring Valley Rd. and Vitruvian Way.  Attached are the triangular shaped tract along Vitruvian Way to be dedicated
by UDR for right-of-way, and right-of-way dedication and temporary grading and sidewalk easements along Spring Valley Rd.  Please have John Hill review and attach the dedication language
that the Town would like to use.  I will then give them back to Leonard for final review.  Call if any questions or concerns.  Thanks.
