I am an outside observer on the construction management of these projects, but, construction has started on the Spring Valley Road north side utilities. North Texas Contracting is the
general contractor and the Town of Addison is managing the project. Attached are the communication sheet, sign-in sheet and contact sheet that were distributed at the pre-construction
meeting. I recommend you contact Clay Barnett at the TOA for direction as to your construction scheduling contact.

I have the final estimates in to set up a project and begin construction. When, do you expect to be ready to begin your constructions on Vitruvian and Spring Valley projects. I will
be breaking into streets for tie-ins and breaking sidewalks so reasonably I don't want to start way to early before you guys are ready. Let me know when you are ready to begin so I
can let Rodney schedule our contractors.
