Let’s discuss the bid (attached) Tuesday. I made some slight revisions.  Option two is most cost effective and it removes all of the pea gravel. Some of the line item costs drop out
with Kleinfelder can do the testing under their current contract with the Town, Weir can load the clay for transport under UDR’s request (they seemed receptive), and/or the support columns
may remain in-place.
