In regards to the Spring Valley Bid, do you know if NT has confirmed that their landscape sub’s numbers are accurate? There appears to be a bust in their irrigation and 1 year maintenance
bids.  I don’t see how they can do the irrigation for 39 K less than Tiseo’s sub.  Their maintenance bid is about 20k off the mark.
