To help facilitate the installation of the duct bank and associated manholes, NTC would like to go ahead and remove the sidewalk on the North side of Spring Valley during Phases 1A and
1B.  This will require us to post ‘sidewalk closed’ signs and detour all pedestrian traffic to the south side of Spring Valley.  Is this acceptable from the town’s point of view.  Please
let me know as I would like to begin hauling off the sidewalk this afternoon along with the pavement.
