The attached picture shows a conflict that we found yesterday while Durable was onsite setting all of the remaining light poles along Spring Valley.  This is located at the east end
of the project in the median of Spring Valley.  Now, while not directly below the lines, the concern is that if the light is placed, it will be within 5 feet of the overhead power lines.
 Can you please take a look at this and tell us how you would like to proceed.
