Michael,
I think that we need to push RFI #9 to the future and resolve the issues we have now. They are working on raising the water line, so I don’t want to push it any farther. Besides, we
are taking the change order for Vitruvian Way to the March 8 council meeting and you don’t want to let Icon beat “Albert Halff,” right? J The change order for Spring Valley should be
labeled Change Order 1.1. Vitruvian Way is Change Order 2.1. This will allow me to track them better in pay applications.
I do want to include the other items that we do have all the information for such as the fire hydrant issue, the storm box culvert issue and the opticom, but I think these items will
suffice for now and we can push the rest to change order 1.2.
Icon’s is attach incase you would like to use a similar format, but I am open to what ever as long as all the information is there.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Clay Barnett, P.E.

Clay,
I will assume that we will do the 16" water line work as described in the estimate from NTC. I am also still waiting on a response from Nancy and Larry concerning RFI #9. I can work
up change order #1 without it and have RFI#9 be the first item on change order #2.

Michael,
We need to finalize Change Order 1. Could you put the finishing touches on it and send it over?

Subject: 16-inch Farmer's Branch waterline
Nancy,
This email is to confirm that the 16-inch waterline belonging to the City of Farmer’s Branch is indeed Asbestos (AC) pipe. NTC will move forward with removing and replacing the waterline
over the next few weeks. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Josh Hodsdon
