I ask because the technician that came to the site said it was damaged only once as opposed to multiple times and that the damaged was right in front of the new DISD school. Additionally,
the cable was laying on the ground prior to the Town of Addison issuing permits to “City construction crew(s).”

Is there not a solution for removing the cable on the ground?
Also, there have been more parties present out there than “City construction crew(s).” There have been lots of parities out there digging, including DISD, Charter, Oncor, Atmos, Time
Warner and even crews from AT&T who could have hit the line. Is there any basis to the perpetrators being “City construction crew(s)” or is this just a really bad assumption?

1)The cable in question was placed by AT&T Repair Services in an effort to provide service to a customer. This was required because the newly placed cable has been cut several times
by the City construction crew performing the road widening on Spring Valley.
2) Engineer Chad Cooper and I visited the Pedestal in question on 8/15. Per Chad this issue is in the Addison Wire Center and is being referred to the Addison Engineer Marcus Nelson
for a resolution.

How do we go about getting new telephone service to the controllers at Spring Valley?
Also, we have two issues that need attention quickly:
1. There is about a half mile worth of cable laying on the ground along Spring Valley. It has been identified as a trip hazard and needs to be placed underground or removed prior
to children arriving for school in the next week.
2. There is a pedestal at the new Surveyor Elevated Storage Tank that needs to be relocated. The pedestal is located on Surveyor Blvd between Belt Line Road and Arapaho.

NTC and American have laid the conduit so that we can have the phone line run from the drop over to the controllers. American has tried to get their hands on telephone cable but without
being a certified installer cannot get enough to make the run. Will AT&T provide the telephone line now that the conduit has been installed? Also, when can the drop be made so that
I can make sure that American is onsite in order to help AT&T with the entire process?
