This would the end of that line in the middle of the proposed sidewalk and should not conflict with any fence that is to remain. This means that we will need to go under a section of the iron fence that was not removed to lay this line. It will be very difficult to dig under the fence due to the existing utilities and the rock. Can additional fence be removed and replaced per the SOV in order to lay the remaining 8-inch water service?
