I will add CO1.2-3 thru CO1.2-9 to the pay application.  Kent says that Items CO1.2-10 thru CO1.2-14 have not been completed.  I did include CO1.2-2, which I noticed was complete on
Wednesday.

 

On Item 2.15, Bruce says that the quantity was wrong in the bid book.  I am going to back off the 2,000sy until we can resolve the issue.

 

With these changes I have attached the current pay application.  Please plug this into your spreadsheet to verify that I am accurate.  Also, see if I have changed the names of all of
the bridge items that you were referring to.  If these are completed to your satisfaction, please execute and return for payment.

 

We can discuss the 2,000sy and 6 trees on Thursday if desired.  If you have any other questions, please let me know.

The pay application is attached.  I had to make a couple of revisions:

1.       Item 1.154 – Reduced by 6.  I believe these were counted before Change Order 1.2 and we found that there were 34.  If there were indeed 40, then we will need to document it
and process another change order to add the other 6.

2.       Item 2.15 – Reduced by 2000.  The quantity in the original bid is 265, not 2265.  If there was an overage, then we need to get it documented and change ordered in.

 

If you do not have any objections, please execute the pay application and return for payment.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
