Josh- Absolutely. Please let us take a look at the hole locations to verify their final placement, but slight adjustments aren’t a concern. I would prefer to review the locations in the field. Any Thursday would be ideal, since I’m already on site for the school project. I will send you pictures or the new dimensions prior to drilling any holes for your approval and to make sure that we are installing the benches per your intentions. This may be a simple email and phone conversation. If we have some flexibility I don’t foresee this being an issue either. I would recommend being very deliberate on the mounting hole locations, but paver failure shouldn’t be a concern. I also called the paver supplier to make sure they are alright w/ this condition. They had no concerns, and also indicated that furniture is installed in this fashion on a regular basis. Obviously, any damaged pavers will need to be replaced. The proposed plan is to drill through the 8 cm bricks and into the concrete pad to set the anchors. Given the size of the pavers as well as the pattern, attempting to drill through the pavers will most likely end in broken pavers. Is it possible for all of these amenities to be placed around the circular area in a similar fashion to the rest of the benches at the intersection? A solid concrete pad will be more conducive to a flawless installation than through the pavers. Let me know your thoughts. However, the plans do not show any of these to have a pad under them as they do on the southeast and southwest corners of the intersection. I would assume that each one needs a pad to be anchored to. Can you please confirm that these amenities have pads and if they are to be installed in lieu of the pavers as I don’t think the intention was to place these directly on the pavers.
