Please let me know when a final decision is made about how the 16" water line is going to be handled so I can update the change order.  I also wanted to ask you how we are going to handle
the several small items that David mentioned to me yesterday. 

 

1.       Replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps on the north Spring Valley, west of Woodway due to demolition acclivities for the duct bank. This sidewalk was not included in the original
removal items and was assumed to be replace during the next Spring Valley widening.

 

2.       Adjustment of domestic water vault top and relocation of irrigation control vault on the corner discussed in RFI#6 to the south west of Woodway. These items could be considered
subsidiary to sidewalk construction and irrigation lump sum.

 

Let me know if you would like me to add items for this work to change order #1. I really want to work with NTC to expedite construction of this project but I do not want these little
items to pile up. Thank you.

What I am really trying to determine is a safe distance back from the median nose to locate the monument sign that UDR would like to place in the median.  Could you have a look at it
and let me know what distance you would recommend?
