Michael, I reviewed the change orders. Only 2 comments: 1. Item 1.3 – the amount removed exceeds the amount remaining in the contract by 5sy. Unless we are sure of the quantity they installed, we need to reduce this item to 1208sy. The result is $350. 2. The price for Item 1.150 in Change Order 2.2 should be $5.00 (it currently shows $1). Could you have a look at these? We will discuss the contract time tomorrow. Hopefully we can put this issue to bed and get the change orders on the July 12 council agenda. Thanks, Clay Barnett, P.E. This should include pricing, as of now, for everything extra that has been added. Also, on the final contract days issue, I noticed that both change order 1.1 and 2.1 included sections that specified "Revised Contract time". Change order 1.1 for Spring Valley specified 277 Days and 2.1 specified 285 days. This might help prove our case that split schedules were the intention.
