Josh,
Please see the attached email from Bruce. Please do not let a decision on this issue delay construction.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Subject: Lemon's Companies Drive Approach
Nancy,
As stated yesterday afternoon during our onsite meeting, NTC will begin work on removing the remaining pavement (eastbound lanes) today. One of the concerns is the Lemon Companies drive
approach off of Spring Valley. Our current plans show the limits of construction to be east of this entrance therefore requiring NTC to remove and replace the entrance. Not only is
the entrance important to Lemon Companies, but a change to the entrance itself has been discussed by Icon and UDR. I met with the CFO and Owner of Lemon Companies yesterday afternoon
prior to our meeting and have agreed for the moment to start the removal of concrete west of their approach. This will allow us to discuss this issue for two days while T&R removes
the other pavement.
Can you please help NTC with the coordination of our work on this entrance. Has there been a decision made regarding this entrance at this point? Please let me know any information
by the end of day Tuesday so that I can plan with Lemon Companies for the removal of this drive approach. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
Thanks and have a great weekend,
Josh Hodsdon
