Here are my observations on the change order items.

CO-1 RMV EXISTING PAVERS, INSTALL NEW PAVERS PER ADA REQUIREMENTS: 
	Agree
CO-2 RMV PAVER RESTRAINT AT SIDEWALK TO ALLOW ADDED SIDEWALK: 
	Assume this is on Vitruvian at Lemmons exit. Will be added to CO for Vitruvian
CO-3 FURNISH NEW 2" POSTS ON ALL METAL FENCE REPLACEMENT:
	Agree, the original item was for removal and replacement but the existing fence was not sturdy enough to 
	reinstall.
CO-4 4" CONDUIT BORE FOR TELEPHONE DROP/IRRIGATION CONNECTION:
	Disagree, The irrigation specs note that the contractor is responsible for the cost of supplying phone
	service and any associated boring/sleeves that are required
CO-5 GRADING IN FRONT OF LEMMONS COMPANY & TREE/SHRUB REMOVAL:
	Not sure where this work was done
CO-6 REMOVE 6' HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE:
	Assume this is the fence near Oncor easement on the far east end of the project, if completed Agree
CO-7 PROVIDE POWER TO IRRIGATION CONTROLLERS:
	Not sure if this should be subsidiary to other irrigation items, might want to ask Ron Lee
CO-8 IRRIGATION & LANDSCAPE REPAIR AT WYNWARD APARTMENTS:
	Disagree, If the irrigation was damaged due to construction, this work should be on the contractor per 
	general notes
CO-9 GRADING & DEMO AT WYNWARD APARTMENTS:
	Not sure what this includes. Sidewalk removal was included in CO #1.2
CO-10 INSTALL PEDESTRIAN BUTTON EXTENSIONS ON TRAFFIC POLE:
	Agree
CO-11 PROVIDE BATTERY TEMP POWER FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM:
	Not sure why this item was used, might want to ask Ron Lee
2.31 4" REINF CONC SIDEWALK:
	Assume this is on Vitruvian at Lemmons exit. Will be added to CO for Vitruvian
2.46 4" WHITE SOLID THERMO PVMNT MRK:
	Not sure where this item is. If it is the added "puppy tracks" it should be item 1.39 and be $3/LF
2.106 HYDROMULCH SEEDING OF ALL DISTURBED AREAS:
	Assume this is on Vitruvian. Will be added to CO for Vitruvian
2.105 MIDIRON BERMUDA SOD:
	Assume this is on Vitruvian. Will be added to CO for Vitruvian

  Clay,

Attached is a summary, breakdowns and back up for the change orders that have surfaced over the past month or so.  We have included unit breakdowns for our work and all subcontractor
back up for the work.  If you have any questions regarding the details of each change order please contact Josh and contact me or Andy regarding the pricing if there are any questions.
 We are lacking American's back up for their charge of $ 820 for the Wynward apartment repairs, but I have requested this and will send as soon as received.  Thanks for the help and
