Josh,

 

Two items:

1.       It appears that last month Item 1.11 was charged an additional 900sy.  Do you know where this additional sidewalk was removed?  I have called Michael and asked him to look into
it.  He said it could be west of Woodway, although it should not be 900sy.  Any overage needs to be included in Change Order 2.1.

2.       Change Order 1.1 removed 27lf of Item 1.62.  However, this does not appear to be accounted for.  20.68 was overrun last month and 6.32 was overrun this month.  If we did not
overrun the quantity, I will just place a -20.68 for this month under Item 1.62 and that will resolve the issue.

 

The completed pay application is attached with a correction of item 2 above.  Item 1 we can address when the change order is complete.  Please sign and return the application for payment.
