Clay,

 

I have spoken with my crew and my subs and neither one was working at 6:15 on Wednesday morning.  I have intentionally scheduled all of my trucking to start at 7:30 so that we don’t
have a reason to start prior to 7:00.  Inland’s crew has done work in the Town in the past and are well aware of the construction times.  The only thing that I know both crews have done
prior to 7:00 am is starting the machines so that they can warm up, but this is no louder than a car passing by.  I have reinforced this to all parties involved and please let me know
if you have any other specifics on the noise that caused the complaint and I will continue to look into it.
