In response to this we would very much request that we hold off if even for a few days as to allow us to get the items we need to begin. Getting the CADD file last Thursday and not
having plans yet is making starting today impossible. This is not to say we can begin preliminary work, but to start contract time puts us at a bad place seeing we don’t even have approved
submittals for the duct bank and asphalt that we need for phase I. This also hurts us as Thanksgiving week causes us to essentially lose Thursday through Sunday since no one will work
on thanksgiving day or that weekend. Please let me know and we will do whatever it takes. We already have a 10:00 onsite meeting with AT & T and a meeting with our surveyor today to
go over layout, etc… we will continue to work towards starting and please let us know on the plans. We would also request a signed contract back from the City before time is started
formally.
