I don't think this is a deal killer. Two way 2 lane traffic will be there on the north side. We'll require DB be the first thing done in phase 1, and at the deepest level and can even assign a number of days to complete it with LDs. After the Duct Bank is done, they still have drainage to get in, sidewalks and the paving/driveways. If the pavement starts before poles are out, we'll block out and fill in later. It may not be two months of work but I do not see contractor shut down for two months. We will have notes to the effect that they need to work closely with ONCOR while the switch from overhead to underground takes place.
