Josh,
I have verified that the 60 in the contract is correct. It will be changes on the next pay application.
Thanks,

Subject: Pay Application item discrepancy
Clay,
Please review your spreadsheet and see if you have the correct quantity for item 1.88 – Drill shaft traffic pole (36 Inches). We have been using 52 in our SOV but the Bid Quantity was
60. I have made this change in our SOV so please let me know if you concur. We are working on finalizing the pay app so that I can review it with Dave, Eric and Wade and get it in
your hands no later than Monday August 1st. The total contract value that you show on the pdf you sent for the second change orders also does not match the pay application you sent
out last month. Once the quantity for item 1.88 is agreed upon everything will match between your pay application and our schedule of values. Let me know if you have any questions
or comments.
Thanks,
Josh Hodsdon
