I have not received a response from construction so I will go check the transformer tomorrow.

 

My records show that we did set a 25 KVA 120/240 V transformer.

 

There may be some confusion as we set the 120/240 V transformer where we had planned to set the 240/480 V transformer for the temporary construction service for the school.

I am trying to confirm the voltage with the crew foreman. It will probably be Monday before I he responds.

 

If we did set the 240/480 V transformer I will get it replaced with a 120/240 V transformer as soon as the crew can schedule it.

From what I have gathered from our master electrician (Jason) is that the transformer that is set is 240/480 and we need 120/240 on the traffic signal side.  Jason is going to meet with
ONCOR again on Monday.

 

The plans only show conduit & wire from the traffic signal service to the traffic signal controller cabinet.  What has been discussed is we will install the conduit to the transformer
and ONCOR will supply and install their preferred aluminum wire.  We should have something final on Monday.

The transformer for the Spring Valley job has been set for some time.  It is located about 350 feet to the west of the proposed location of the signal cabinet.  I believe it is in your
contract to pull the primary and the meter base has already been set.  Have a look and it you cannot find it let me know.

Not sure you can get on anyone but the ground mounted transformer that we are to tie our service into has not been installed.  We ran into a similar scenario on V-Park and it took ONCOR
