Josh,

 

I had a look at the Spring Valley job this morning.  I noticed that the east bound project sign has been “tagged.”  I went ahead and took the liberty of turning it face down and throwing
some sand bags on it.  Could you remove it when you get a chance?

 

Also, the wind blew one of the Type III barricades into the east bound lane.  I moved it back and put the sand bags back on it, but if the wind keeps blowing like this all of the traffic
control signs (or at least the bigger ones) may need additional sand bags.
