Thanks Josh.  We appreciate this.  Our primary concern is safety of course and an intersection with a lot of loose gravel in it just did not look very safe.

Clay,

 

NTC will replace the material in the intersection of Vitruvian Way and Spring Valley with additional flex base.  I will line up a truck to haul this material back as I haul the old RCP
pipe to the crusher.  This should take care of the issues that we have had in the intersection with the material washing out or being pushed out due to the flow of traffic.  I hope to
have this done tomorrow, but it may be Friday at the latest.
