Michael,

 

They are tapping the 16” today to determine what material it is.  We can decide that one afterward.  On these two issues:

 

1.       Replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps on the north Spring Valley, west of Woodway due to demolition acclivities for the duct bank. This sidewalk was not included in the original
removal items and was assumed to be replace during the next Spring Valley widening. I think we need to include this in the change order.

 

2.       Adjustment of domestic water vault top and relocation of irrigation control vault on the corner discussed in RFI#6 to the south west of Woodway. These items could be considered
subsidiary to sidewalk construction and irrigation lump sum.  A sidewalk would, but not a structural top or Belco lid.  Please include in the change order as well.  You will need a design
for the top portion of the vault.  I have attached a detail of the entire vault for your use.
