Clay,
Please take a look at the attached updated electrical sheet. I sketched in what the markups from Oncor for the location of their equipment on the north side on Spring Valley. Their location
conflicts with the exiting storm sewer lines in the area. I have also labeled a proposed location for the equipment that would provide 10' of clearance from any under storm line. This
location would require an additional easement to be obtained from DISD but would meet the needs of Oncor. Let me know if our proposed location would be acceptable. Thank You.

I believe that Larry is just being smart and thinking that he does not want to move the equipment again when the property to the south redevelops. It looks like a good idea. However,
I would be curious to know if it interferes with any of the storm sewer system in that area. I would not recommend placing the transformer over a storm drain line. If we have to repair
the line it could cause problems. Additionally, I would not place it right next to a major storm sewer structure. If the transformer leaks fluid, it will go right into the storm drain.
If we could slide it about 130’ east, that would be ideal. The sidewalk would need to be adjusted.
