	Please advise if there is any asphalt needed for this job.  We are an asphalt paving contractor and would like to bid the job listed above. Can you please provide clarification on the
Asphalt Type and quantity for this project. Does the specs require Type D HMAC or will it be Type B? How many mobilizations, and is RAP allowed?
