Bill,

 

The construction cost for Phase 1E is $1,000,569.50.  Therefore, please send a work order in the amount of $40,022.78 for this phase of construction.

 

I would be happy to meet with you on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning following Thanksgiving concerning Phase 1E.  However, you will need to speak with Nancy Cline regarding Spring
Valley.

Bill,

 

Dave Wilde with the Town of Addison just dropped off a set of plans for the Spring Valley and Vitruvian Park Ph 1E projects.  Have you heard anything from Clay about a work order request?
 It is my understanding that the project is planned to start sometime this week.  I know we have the Phase 1E portion of the project.  The town plans to use Dave for the inspections
on Spring Valley and then hire a lab.  I mentioned to Clay that we could start a new project number for Spring Valley so the budgets could be seperated for them.
