I neglected to ask about the existing roadway lighting provided by Oncor in the median of Vitruvian Way south of Spring Valley and in the median of Spring Valley east of the future Vitruvian
Way intersection.

 

Are these facilities to be removed by Oncor and replaced by lighting owned by the Town of Addison?
