Larry, Durable Specialties has said that they will run the wire through the conduit from the transformer to the pedestal but in order to do that we need the transformer opened and an Oncor representative onsite. Brandon with the Town of Addison was supposed to receive a call last week when a representative was onsite but as I know this never happened. This is holding up the finish on the signals as well as the irrigation system. Is there anything else that can be done so that this work can be completed? Thanks for all of your help. We need a SOAR Ticket prepared for a UI URG. The SOAR is a work request to get the underground service installed. I am still not clear on getting the meter set as I do not know how long the meter request has been pending. I need to know if there is a pending service request for this and I would also like to know when the service be installed.
