I have more information on this now.

 

We need a SOAR Ticket prepared for a UI URG.

 

The SOAR is a work request to get the underground service installed.

 

I am still not clear on getting the meter set as I do not know how long the meter request has been pending. 

 

I need to know if there is a pending service request for this and I would also like to know when the service be installed.

 

I am on vacation and will be for the remainder of the week but I will be monitoring this as much as possible.

I understand now there may be a dispute over who is to install the underground electric service.

 

I understood that since this commercial account is less than 20KW that Oncor will install the service cable.

The underground conduit is installed. 

 

What can we do to get this off high center and get the electric service established?

Steve is going to need a service address for this location and any other information that the Town of Addison can provide you for their service request.
