Carmen, Please see the attached drawing. We can get the sign to work based on the 45' vis. triangle but it is very tight. The larger concern I have is that the wall is 5' tall and it will block anyone from seeing the plaza behind it and would be a security risk, please see cross-section A. An Alternative solution would be to modify or lose the seating area on this side and have UDR place the wall on the back side of the walk. This would require the sign to be slightly curved but would create a good backdrop for this intersection and fit the overall design. The trees behind the sign would soften the backdrop and I do not think it would feel like it was an addition. I will call you in the morning to discuss.
