I will change it to 11/17/2010 on the next pay application. This would end the contract time at 8/15/2010, which is a Monday.

Clay, I think that we actually started time on the contract on Thursday the 18th, not that Monday. Is that correct Nancy? Do you want to make that change or should I just sign this

We need to forward this to Clay as the number of trees that are currently protected is only 22. The other 4 I had counted are inside the Ratcliff construction yard, which I tried to
argue were protected but did not need the orange fence. We can do this this month and bill them out. Also there are only 10 inlet protections. I counted two existing at the Spring
Valley/Vitruvian intersection.
