	Tomorrow there will be a flagging operation at the east side of the intersection of Spring Valley and Vitruvian Way.  Westbound traffic will still be required to turn left onto Vitruvian
and follow the detour signs around to Marsh and back to Spring Valley.  Eastbound traffic will still be able to proceed east through the construction zone.  The flaggers will be at the
east end of the construction zone on Spring Valley east of the current location of the westbound stop sign, to allow ONCOR access to their manhole east of the Vitruvian intersection.
 Access to the Springhaven Apartments rear drive can be achieved through the Glenwood Apartments and their entrance on Spring Valley (a connector has been built between Glenwood and
Springhaven) until the pavement is poured and cured on Vitruvian Way, at which time access will be restored at that driveway entrance.  The driveways to the other two Springhaven drives
are being kept open during the construction.  Hopefully, ONCOR will be able to complete their cable-pulling operations tomorrow, and the normal two-way traffic will be restored on the
two north lanes of new pavement on Spring Valley.  If this is confusing, or if you have any questions, I would be happy to meet with you or your representative onsite.

	We have closed the road to westbound traffic, but the driveways should all be open.    I have asked the contractor to coordinate with you, but obviously that is not working.  I will

	You may have sent me this and I misplaced it; but is there a road closure plan for the Spring Valley project?

	Several of the drives entrances to the apartments have been closed so our access is substantially restricted and I learned this morning they closed westbound Spring Valley completely
without notifying us.
