Thanks for speaking with me just three minutes ago. I wrote down our plananed responses to the ten items on the requestor's request. 
 
1) I will release the documents that we do have (#3, #4, #5, and #10).
2) I will inform him that we have no responsive documents for items #1, #2, #6, and #9.
3) Lastly, I will inform him which items are available for inspection: #7 and #8.
 
This will go out tomorrow morning.
 
Yolanda, you can send the withdrawal letter to the AG with the notation that the governmental body will release the documents that are responsive to the request.  If you have any questions,
