Clay, Just to recap what Joel and I talked about after our weekly meeting. At this time NTC will only need to lay 3100 SF of Bermuda sod. This will cover the area between the two entrances to the Lemmon’s Company. The southeast and southwest corners of the intersection will remain hydromulch and will not be covered in sod. The area to the east of the added parallel parking (between the south entrance to Lemmon’s and the old construction entrance) and the entire west side will be designed and sodded at a later date and therefore will not be part of the bonus consideration or time will be suspended. The area to the east of the parallel parking (south of Bella) will not have sod laid at all. This area will be graded out and left as is. Joe, Please check all heads in the southeast and southwest corners to make sure they have been put in per plan and are watering the entire areas. The southwest corner does not seem to be getting watered except for the first 4 feet west of the sidewalk. The rest of the area looks very dry. Let me know if you have any questions.
