NTC removed the construction speed limit signs yesterday.  However, we are still needing to work in the median area for a couple more days.  I am going to have Buyer’s set up closures
for the inside lanes in both directions on Monday and pick up the barricades on Wednesday next week.  This will include all related signage.  Can you have the Addison police continue
to enforce the posted speed limit of 35 MPH as people are still driving much faster along Spring Valley.  Any help would be greatly appreciated so that we can complete all work without
another individual getting hit by a car.
