Attached is the change order for doing the paving operation being moved up into phase one for the north side of Spring Valley.  We have incorporated the changes that we talk about in
the meeting a few weeks ago.  Please also note that we have included in this pricing 165 tons of flex base that was used for temp paving around / in driveways and block outs.  We used
flex base in those locations as it was quicker and easier than asphalt and since it was for such a short time with smaller amounts of traffic, full depth asphalt was not needed.  One
last thing is that the quantity of temp asphalt that NTC is removing from the contract is a little less than originally thought due to the fact that we have installed just short of 300
SY at this point.
