Andy,

 

I have attached my most up to date understanding of change order 1.2 for Spring Valley Road. There are a few outstanding items that  need to be cleared up.

 

1.       I need pricing for the items listed at the bottom that were not part of the original bid.

 

2.       I need to find out if there has been any resolution on the temporary asphalt credit. I have not included anything from that item in the current change order. Please let me know
if there are any outstanding questions that I can help with.

 

3.       After speaking with Josh this morning, we might be reconfiguring the domestic water service/fire hydrant on the west end. I will update these quantities after the issue is resolved.
