Attached is the pay app for July 2011 for Spring Valley Road and Vitruvian Way.  Please note I have changed our spreadsheet to mirror the city's form so it should be in the exact order
and subtotals are also shown in the same places for the same sections.  Please note that I have billed 70 % for the Spring Valley Lights as they will be installed Monday and have been
onsite this past week.  If this is not allowed I need to add a MOH section to cover the cost of these.  Landscape Forms also required a sizeable deposit up front to even start manufacturing
of the amenities so we have shown those amounts in the landscape portion.  Various subcontractors have invoiced or claimed over runs on items which we have omitted billing any of these
and will compile a summary with back up for any over runs for your review this month.  Please review and let us know if there are any questions.  We have pushed everyone on this project
incredibly hard so expediting this review and payment process quickly will be most appreciated.  Thanks again.
